Wireframing, prototyping and design. I was part of a small design team who worked on the redesign of the online salon booking process for users. My responsibilities included identifying pain points, contributing to the Golden Thread and persona creation, in addition to building wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes across iOS, Android, mobile and desktop devices.
